REFUNDS

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, advise us immediately. If any item is found to be faulty on receipt or not as described, then you should return the item using a signed-for service in appropriate packaging and at your own cost to arrive within 10 days of receipt.

The correct item will be sent by return and any reasonable postage costs refunded or your account will be credited with the cost of return within 7 days. We only accept returned items if they are faulty or not as described. All items must be returned in their original packaging.

RETURNS

If you change your mind you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item if unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item. This does not include a refund of delivery costs to and from your address, unless good are faulty or damaged or not as described.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Send the package to the address below using a recorded delivery service and with a letter explaining the reason for the return: Scandinavia Direct Limited, 18 Millbrook Business Park, Crowborough, East Sussex TN6 3JZ.

For credit card purchases (including Paypal) a refund will be credited to your account within 2 working days from receiving the returned item/s. For all payments we reserve the right to issue a refund by cheque.
